Duties and Responsibilities :
- Outbound process
- Inbound process
- Online Chat Process
- Responsible for converting Telephonic Enquiries into Sales.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling, as per timelines
- Regularly follow up for lead generations through Tele-calling
- Counselling & Career guidance on the company offerings seminars, workshops and in-house event
Job Requirements :
- Minimum experience 2-5 years as student counselling
Basic technical knowledge :
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 25,000.00 to 50,000.00 /month
Education : Any Graduate/ Under Graduate Gender: Male and Female.
Shift timings :10:00 AM. To 06:30 PM.
