Koppr - Partnership Manager (2-5 yrs)
Job description :
We are looking for a seasoned person who will drive strategic partnerships and business across the ecosystem through the partners. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving business growth by supporting financial education & service provide partners in India, through collaboration and consultation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Establish strategic tie-ups for Koppr Academys & Koppr Apps partner ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to build and improve partner experience in the market. Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms by negotiating attractive deals.
- Defining metrics to track the returns on these partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 3+ years of experience with sales, pre-sales, account management, or partner management.
- High-level of business acumen
- Education Industry work experience will be preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships with partners or customers
- Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
