Job Description for BDE/BDM/Senior Sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Enabling New Business Development through building and managing partnerships.
- Develop, Drive & Lead the GTM Strategy for the region as per BU strategy.
- Develops and strengthens relationships with the regional sales team and influencers in the OEM organization.
- Become a trusted advisor to the partner and should participate in his strategic planning
- Mapping and alignment with SMU and GBL Field sales teams in the regions - lead generation, pipeline creation, OB tracking, drive opportunity to closure, and other operational excellence as well
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify, develop, and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Align with marketing team for campaigns.
Job Requirements :
- Should be well-versed with all OEM's like Cisco/HP/Vmware/Arista/Uipath/AA
- Should be able to add value by arranging training sessions/inter-locks with OEM's/Business planning/GTM.
- Should be willing to travel within India to meet OEM Regional Lead
