Role Overview :


The Strategic Alliance Associate will play a crucial role in driving Konnect Insights' global expansion by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships. You'll be responsible for hunting for potential partners across the globe, building strong relationships, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to secure high-quality partnerships that generate significant revenue and brand awareness for Konnect Insights.

Responsibilities :

Partnership Development :

- Research and identify potential partners globally who align with Konnect Insights' target audience and strategic goals.

- Develop compelling partnership proposals that showcase the value proposition of Konnect Insights for both parties.

- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing relationship management.

Relationship Management :

- Build strong and collaborative relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.

- Ensure clear communication and alignment on partnership goals and objectives.

- Proactively manage partner expectations and address any concerns that may arise.

- Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives to maximize the impact of the partnership.

Performance Analysis :

- Track and measure the performance of each partnership to assess its effectiveness in achieving goals.

- Identify opportunities to optimize partnership performance and maximize return on investment.

- Regularly report on partnership progress and key metrics to senior management.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a business development or partnership management role, preferably within the SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of B2B partnerships and alliance strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with key decision-makers at different levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using CRM and project management tools.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

- Experience working in a global environment.

- Proven track record of successfully closing and managing strategic partnerships.

- Familiarity with the Customer Experience (CX) industry and SaaS solutions..
