- Should have good experience in ERP sales.
- Should have experience of 2-7 years in the relevant area.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation through Calls/Email.
- Identifying potential clients and decision makers within the client organization.
- Develop and sustain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Following up new business opportunities and organizing demos either directly or digitally.
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business at the highest level.
- Work with the technical team on identifying new areas and improvement areas in the product.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and support personal development.
- Confidence in presenting/speaking at industry events/workshops by effectively using a range of presentation skills.i.e body language,voice tones etc.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written,oral,email,telephone and presentation.
- Should have experience in selling ERP to the SME market in India .
- Should be able to do pre-sales independently.
- Must have worked in a target based environment before.
