Kompanions - Manager - Marketing Communication (4-8 yrs)
- Plan, develop and execute marketing communication plan & branding efforts for a particular brand or product.
- Proven experience in defining & executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage content creation and Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
- Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
- Supervise brand content
- Build relationships with customers, prospects and experts/speakers
- Connect with industry experts to gather expert content (in the form of blogs, videos, interviews, etc.)
- Write, Edit and strategize external-facing content as directed by the Senior Leadership Team
- Lead team in the creation of content
- Manage 360 Brand Communications across all media touchpoints including ATL, BTL & Digital
- Creating Go-to-market brand & positioning strategies for all new product and capability launches
- Supporting leader in the Advertising Review process and other internal reviews & audits
- Managing the ATL budgets, monitoring & control including Management Reports
- Research consumers, competitors, market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies- market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Required skills/Experience :
- Excellent writing, verbal communication and technical skills
- Ability to follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and creative to complete work in a timely manner
- Excellent organization skills are essential
