Operations:

Development of Sales Action Plans:

- Conducts market research and develops sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters.

- Sales plan must be reported every quarter to management team for analysis and approval.

- Strategic planning is the process of setting goals and identifying actions that a company can take to achieve those goals.

- Promoting new products to health care service providers

- Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development. Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any

- Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize product performance in the respective therapeutic fields and support current and future objectives

- To maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales force and to continually update knowledge on the product, competitors and therapeutic area

- To achieve targets for sales, grow market share, profit contribution and market penetration for all assigned product

- Studying the market in the target country or countries

- Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts

- Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends

- Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges

- Meeting with clients here or overseas

- Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, or services.

- Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Management Reporting on Sales Performance:

- Create and send accurate monthly reports.

- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights

- Organizing licenses, Product approval, Registration and other legal requirements for certain products, such as Medical Devices.

- Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents

- Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports

Customer Engagement:

- To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met.

- To meet customers, get their feedback on customer feedback form and discuss the same in the monthly management meeting.

- To be in-charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

- To provide and arrange training sessions for sales and marketing team.

- People Development & Team Building

Timely Collections:

- To ensure that the customers clear their dues within existing timelines. Also, work with the accounts to identify any delays and with the operations to mitigate any issues at the customer's end.
