Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee our operations. The ASM will play a key role in expanding our business footprint by driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team.
This position involves employing distributors, super stockists and handling a team of sales representatives and officers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beverage industry and a strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit distributors and super stockists.
- Monitor and support the performance of distributors, ensuring timely stock replenishment and efficient operations
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and super stockists to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Officers.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.
- Collaborate with distributors and super stockists to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Requirements :
- At least 7 years of sales experience in general trade (4 Years in beverage industry).
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a team of sales professionals.
