Kohler - Zonal Key Account Manager - Hospitality Segment (8-11 yrs)
Job Purpose :
This role exists to fulfill customer demands related to bathroom solutions to selected key institutional accounts in the designated zone with the end objective of growing the top line of Kohler
Expected End Results :
Strategic sales planning :
- Support and implement strategic direction for effective key account management in the zone
Business Planning :
- Provide inputs on sales and business plans for all key accounts
Account planning & management :
- Implement business growth plans for key accounts to achieve zonal targets
New customer acquisition :
- Identify and target potential customers
Relationship building & maintenance :
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to keep a track of their business plans
Sales execution :
- Ensure effective and efficient execution of customer orders
- Internal and External Operations
- Team development
Minimum Qualification required is MBA. Candidates with relevant experience in Hospitality segment should only apply.
