Kofluence - Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for new lead generation, cold calling, etc. to generate qualified leads and set sales appointments.
2) Responsible for making outbound calls and driving business acquisition and scaling up clients.
3) Leveraging email to engage target prospects.
4) Approach new clients for business developments.
5) Close prospects over the phone, by email, and in person.
6) Interacting with target prospects and providing a high-level value proposition to schedule a meeting.
7) Managing social media tools for inbound prospect development.
8) Tracking monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Required Skills :
1) Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing/media/ advertisement/digital marketing sales.
2) Education : Bachelor's Degree/Master's in Sales & Marketing.
3) Have experience and exposure to B2B Sales & Marketing.
4) Skilled in Lead Generation, Business Development, Market Research, Negotiation, and Written & Spoken English, MS Office.
5) Very good adherence to sales processes.
