Customer Success Executive
- Taking ownership of customers' queries and resolving them by chat, calls, and emails.
- Resolving the tickets on a daily basis within the assigned timeline to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a record of customers' queries, transactions, queries, and comments.
- Being up to date with the new product features and market trends.
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers' issues.
- Maintaining MIS reports.
Requirements :
- Education: Graduation.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Having experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A great listener.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective time management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Note : Rotational Week offs
- Language: Hindi & English
