Overview:
We are looking for a position of operation- lead. Selected person will take end to end ownership of accounts to ensure brands- stickiness to the Kofluence platform by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Self-starter, solution provider, street smart, confident with high sensitivity towards numbers
- Handling Client communication and campaign execution until conclusion
- Planning campaigns end to end and selling pieces of advices to the brands for mutual growth
- Team player and accountability traits are must-haves
- Constant and continual improvement of Influencer and client delight index
- Process designer and implementer

Please note- Campaign management or similar experience of at least 4 client proposal to execution in a month.
Work Experience Required- 2 years- Preferable Influencer Marketing Agency experience
