Koffeetech Communications - Executive - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our awesome digital marketing team! As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will be responsible for calls with leads, decks, meetings, etc. Thinking about ways to improve the top line of the agency.
- We expect you to have experience and a passion for digital technologies and marketing channels.
Roles (Duties) & Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Pitching products and/or services
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Qualification & Skill Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in an Advertising or Digital Agency
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Computer and Tech Savvy
- Must have interpersonal skills.
- Good time-management skills
- Great communication skills, written and spoken.
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant field
