Roles & Responsibilities :

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, Outbound calls and email.

- Ability to quickly research a prospect company, identify key players and generate interest.

- Partner with local managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products, in support of business goals and to monitor the sales agents' overall effectiveness throughout the sale process.

- Monitor the team compliance on database entries, quality of call, quality of communication going to client etc.

- Achieving individual as well as team targets.

- Report on periodic leads metrics and suggest improvements

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
 
Candidate Profile : 

Experience : 2- 5 years

- Clear and Concise verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a domain expert in inside sales.

- Sharp selling and closing Skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

- Ability to mentor people in the team.
