- Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.

Overview:

This role focuses on increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value through personalized, data-driven campaigns using CleverTap. It involves creating automated lifecycle strategies, reducing churn, and collaborating across teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- This role is pivotal in ensuring customers not only purchase but stay engaged and loyal to the brand.

- Segment customers based on lifecycle stages, behavior, and preferences using CleverTap.

- Design and automate lifecycle marketing campaigns (onboarding, engagement, reactivation).

- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages.

- Personalize communication using CleverTap's AI/ML tools for dynamic targeting.

- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.

- Implement win-back strategies for dormant customers to reduce churn.

- Launch and optimize loyalty programs and personalized offers.

- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve engagement.

- Monitor key metrics like churn rate, CLTV, and repeat purchase rate.

- Collaborate with support teams for insights and pain points.

- Work with product and tech teams for seamless CleverTap integration.

- Align retention campaigns with overall marketing and brand strategies.

- Report campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in CleverTap or similar marketing automation tools.

- Experience in D2C industry.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Creativity in designing compelling retention campaigns.

- Understanding of customer psychology and lifecycle marketing.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
