About the Role :
We're on the lookout for a Social Media Marketer to join our team!

Responsibilities :
- Act as the creative force behind social media content, generating fresh and engaging ideas to enhance our brand presence.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring continuous audience growth.
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Stay abreast of platform algorithms and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Provide detailed reports and insights, recommending adjustments for future campaigns.
