Knya: Job Description : Performance Marketing Executive
- Knya is India's leading online medical apparel brand. The brand was founded in 2021 by husband-wife duo, Vanshika and Abhijeet Kaji. The vision of Knya is to fill in the gap of functional and fashionable medical apparel for the medical industry across the country at multiple levels. Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others. Since inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.
Job description :
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners
- Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy
- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Have knowledge of Social Channels and their functionality
- Knowledge of Shopify Platforms
- Interest and knowledge in ad creatives
- Intermediate understanding of Marketing concepts
- Advanced analytical skills
