Position: Business Development Manager (Individual contributor)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
Overview :
As Business Development Manager at Knowledgehut, you will be responsible for generating sales revenues from an assigned territory through B2C sales for our Business Group. You would manage and drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. New Customer Acquisition
2. Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
3. Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.
4. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
5. Customer Relationship Management
6. To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience of 2 to 6 years
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proven sales experience.
4. Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
5. Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
