Knowlarity Communications - Manager - Channel Sales (6-10 yrs)
Brief About the Role :
We are looking for channel professionals who have previously developed and driven revenue from a network for Reseller Channel Partners.
Location : Delhi NCR/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore
Responsibilities :
1) Identify, Recruit & Onboard Channel Partner who can sell Knowlarity Products to their Prospects / Solutions.
2) Prepare and execute detailed Business Plans with their defined partners based on Customer Segments and Territory.
3) Ensure that the Partner Workforce is Enabled with Product Knowledge and is constantly engaged through regular cadence.
4) Be an extended arm of the Direct Sales team by feeding them leads & opportunities through the Partner Network and setting up interlocks to ensure effective co-selling.
5) Ensure that Partner Leads/opportunities are captured in the Knowlarity CRM and a weekly/monthly/quarterly pipeline is built along with Forecast.
6) Coordinate with Partner Operations to ensure Partners issues are resolved on priority.
Desired Profile :
1. Proven sales experience of minimum 6 years in selling tech-based products with at least 3 years in through Indirect Channels
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
4. BA/BSc degree, Business Administration or relevant field.
