Know All Edge Networks - Inside Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads for our sales team in order to sell IT products (Firewall/Endpoint Security/Backup Solutions/Servers/storages etc) and/or services via telephone and/or email.
This makes outbound phone calls focused on developing buying relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will work with our existing Business Development team to perform the following activities: cold calling, prospect qualification, negotiation, and closing business opportunities..
Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage in cold calling to establish new business.
- Pitching Solutions to the customers as per the script to the customer and getting meeting for the sales team based on qualification of the opportunity.
- Listen actively during calls for sales opportunities and client's needs, while being conscientious and attentive to details.
- Identify sales opportunities by exploring client needs.
- Converse intelligently about all issues, displaying excellent telephone and interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Follow-up with clients on quotes and orders to ensure excellent client service.
- Understand the negotiating interests of both Know-All-Edge Networks and the client while displaying strong technical knowledge.
- Ask questions that move clients forward in their buying process.
- Follow up thoroughly on each client commitment, prospecting, qualifying, and developing profitable new account relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends in Security, Networking, Infrastructure & Availability
- Leverage resources to provide added value to customers in order to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Attend Company and vendor training's and webinars, as directed.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience of selling IT Security Products, IT Infrastructure & Networking enabled solutions will be preferred.
Skills :
- Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
- Inside Sales Skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Convincing skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: - 180,000.00 - 250,000.00 per year
