Knoldus - Inside Sales Consultant - US Market (3-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the system/excel/leads management system
- Deliver information on programs, promotions and products via phone, email, others, etc.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
- Influence (or impact or promote) market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Knoldus services.
- Influence (or impact or promote) customer adoption.
- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
- Work with partners- /marketing team to extend reach & influence customers.
- Convert leads into business.
- Develop case studies.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Open to work in US shift.
- Attractive Incentive driven program.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-6 years of technology related sales; marketing or business development experience.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required (Optional).
- Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across US geography
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Extensive customer & contact network.
- Inside Sales experience with Digital services- BigData, Opensource etc
- Fluent in English.
