Job Title : Call Center Executive.
Job Location : Indore.
Job Description : We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and can coordinate with Physiotherapists accordingly.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about therapy and services as required by the callers/patients.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with patients and working to establish a positive rapport with every patient.
- Update patient information such as customer complaints, inquiries, and comments in the patient service database during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on therapy knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated patients into repeat customers.
- Ensure maximized productivity.
Qualification :
- 6 Months- to 3 Years- professional cold-calling experience.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with patients at all times.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- Basic computer skills.
Education :
Any Graduate or Graduation pursuing.
