Klosco Solutions - Sales Role (2-15 yrs)
Position : Sales Engineer/ Area Development Manager
- Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana, NCR, and Himachal.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Customer Development :
- Responsible for developing and generating new customers.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Sales Targets :
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Customer Management:
- Handle both old and new customers, as well as Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions.
Sales and Support Functions:
- Focus on driving sales by actively promoting products and services.
- Collaborate with the backend team to ensure smooth service support, timely payment collection, and product deliveries.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer requirements efficiently.
