We are hiring Business Development Manager - B2b sales/ Corporate sales exp with excellent communication Skills.

Over the last decade, KLAY has also championed the cause of women getting back to work and has worked to bring 42,000 women back to the workplace with quality childcare support. We have over 300 plus corporate relationships. Over 60% of our revenues come from these corporate relationships.

Job Role - Business Development Manager

Location - Bangalore and Gurgaon

Job Role & Responsibilities

- The role of a Business Development Manager is to expand corporate customer base.

- Individual contributor role.

- Responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and generating new opportunities in specified geographical area.

- Role includes prospecting, cold calling, regular interactions, and making presentations/pitches to corporate clients

- Under minimal direction, she/he is responsible for moderately complex and well-defined business opportunities (B2B).

- Implements all phases of the KLAY's sales process & targets.

- Develops relationships at the operational and mid-management levels of KLAY's corporate customers (HR Heads & team).

- She/he will participate in cross-functional work teams to bring value-added business to KLAY.

- Leads contract issues/requirements to support negotiation activities.

- Responsible for Business Expansion

- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently

- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures

- Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
