We are looking for a Design Manager to ideate and execute digital and print designs for our organizational needs.

- The Designer's responsibilities include talking to business stakeholder to understand creative requirements, generating creative ideas, designing the creatives and videos, refining projects and drafts, and will be responsible for the overall design team's quality of design output.

Location - Bangalore (Mahadevpura, Whitefield)

Responsibilities

- Provide design strategy to the team

- Managing and mentoring a Graphics Department

- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for videos, web and print right from conception to delivery

- Working closely with delivery managers and marketing team

- Providing estimations, project planning, assign work to the team

- Responsible for creating and preserving the visual language of the brand and the brand identity guidelines

- Coordinating with vendors to meet deadlines and other requirements

- Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for videos, web and print right from conception to delivery

- Working with the marketing and other business teams to visualise the brand's story as a set of creatives

- Responsible for creating and preserving the visual language of the brand and the brand identity guidelines

- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing and business projects- responsible for creating and aligning with the brand's creative guidelines

- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and continuous upskilling of self and team

- Storyboarding and creation of video content is a good to have skill

- Typography understanding

- Video storyboarding and creation

- Working experience with image design tools and video making tools like Adobe creative suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, Office 365, Adobe After Effects

- Managing projects from concept through completion.

- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
