Klarecon - Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
- This role includes developing strategic marketing plans, implementing and analyzing the results.
- The candidate will also create and maintain a marketing knowledge center and ensure continuous progress reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop quarterly marketing plans detailing objectives, timelines, and strategies.
- Define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the marketing team.
- Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective marketing team.
- Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.
- Provide regular progress reports to the management team.
- Implement and execute the marketing plan.
Compensation
Base Salary: $600-700 per month
Bonus:
- $150 bonus upon completion of the first two months and achievement of 60-day goals.
- An ongoing bonus structure will be developed in collaboration with the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as a marketing generalist with exposure to diverse functions.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills are a significant advantage, as content creation and review may play a role.
- Get-things-done approach: A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn and master new skills or knowledge areas that are critical to the role and implement them effectively.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).
