Klarecon LTD - Digital Marketer (2-3 yrs)

Klarecon is looking for a paid ads specialist to help generate qualified leads we can convert into clients.
That could be YOU if:
1. You have managed paid Facebook and/or Google Ads campaigns with a few hundred or thousand dollars of the monthly budget, if not more.
2. You have an excellent analytical flair, i.e., you can read data and draw meaningful conclusions.
3. You know how to create and implement good strategies.
4. You have a voice and are unafraid of telling us why something does and doesn't work.
5. You care to grow and are looking for something other than just a side gig.
What's IN IT for you?
In the short term, a full-time equivalent position with a base pay of up to 450 USD/month and performance bonuses. In the long run, we would love you to become our Head of Marketing - if you're THAT GOOD, of course.
What will WEAKEN your application?
- The same copy-pasted or auto-generated messages everybody sends because they're so lazy to write one that helps them stand out.
- We don't want more of "Hi Name, my skills match your requirements." Instead, tell us what you can bring to the table. This will be a significant criterion we'll use to decide whether to contact you.
