This is 100% a B2B marketing role

We are Hiring Senior Manager B2B Marketing From Marketing Agency background to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee key client account project management. This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with extensive industry experience and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.

- Utilize broad marketing experience to offer innovative solutions and ensure the agency remains at the forefront of industry trends.

- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

2. Client Account Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring their inbound marketing projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular updates, strategic advice, and exceptional service.

- Understand client objectives and business challenges to provide tailored marketing solutions and drive project success.

3. Project Management :

- Oversee the end-to-end management of inbound marketing projects, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization, market planning & budgeting for the projects

- Monitor project performance and client feedback, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

4. Team Leadership and Development :

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to excel.

- Drive professional development and continuous learning within the team.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients and senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

6. Industry Expertise :

- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Leverage industry knowledge to implement cutting-edge strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Represent the agency at industry events and conferences, building our network and reputation within the industry.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in senior management roles within high-quality marketing agencies.

- Deep understanding of marketing strategies, with a strong track record in managing client accounts and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Exceptional project management, communication, and client relationship skills; proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
