The Senior Sales(Marketing) and Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales and planning professionals, developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the execution of sales initiatives, and driving business growth. The Senior Sales and Planning Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Lead marketing operations initiatives, focusing on digital marketing channels and tactics.

- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital ad campaigns, SEO strategies, and creative marketing efforts.

- In charge of a team, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance.

- Oversee the marketing of all company products, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.

- Lead strategic planning sessions to align marketing and sales strategies with business objectives.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.

- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 15-20 years of proven experience in marketing management, business development, and strategic planning

- in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies

- Has APAC Marketing Experience

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

- Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment

- Fluency in English
