Role Introduction:
- We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to oversee and optimize the end-to-end marketing process, from planning and execution to reporting.
- This role requires expertise in data analytics and interpretation, marketing strategy & planning, performance tracking, campaign improvement/optimization, and reporting to ensure seamless campaign implementation and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning Process:
- Do the data analysis and interpretation based on the client briefings, historical performance, and current campaign situations.
- Set the KPIs based on the data analytics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience insights, and competitive positioning.
Execution Process:
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop and deploy marketing assets.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
Reporting & Performance Measurement:
- Develop and maintain reporting decks and marketing dashboards to track campaign progress.
- Measure and analyze KPIs across demand creation, lead generation, and nurturing.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing planning, execution, and reporting processes.
