KKBC - Manager - Sales Operations (5-10 yrs)
- The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales operations team and is in charge as the team lead directs the team to build relationships with new clients with particular emphasis on contact with prospective clients, offering them guidance while assessing their needs and making sure they can be met. Accounts are US advertisers that are advertising in Japan.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for project renewals, cross-selling, and upselling
- Examines potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial data.
- With appropriate direction and supervision, Digital Marketing Sales Manager is to handle the day-to-day mechanics of his/her account (to the degree s/he has sufficient experience,) i.e. :
- Schedule prospect meetings and planning sessions
- Maintain tracking reports on meetings for prospects and internal files
- Prepare and Circulate Periodic New Business Status Reports
Basic Requirements :
- Must possess business level English, TOEIC 600+ or equivalent certification(s) is a plus
- Must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum age 35 y.o
- Experience in an international working environment is a plus
- Commitment to personal and team development
- High leadership sense
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and tech-savvy
- Pay close attention to detail and highly organized
