KKBC - Manager - Marketing Automation (6-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marke to to create and manage campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align automation efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing automation tools and processes.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize email performance.
- Develop lead scoring models and customer segmentation strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in marketing automation tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
