As seen on Shark Tank India (Season 4, Episode 5), we are now expanding our Corporate Gifting vertical and need a Sales Lead to drive bulk orders, strategic partnerships & revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1 Business Development & B2B Sales Growth
- Build and execute a corporate gifting sales strategy to acquire large-scale corporate clients, institutions, and gifting partners.
- Drive revenue by targeting HR departments, procurement teams, event planners, and corporate gifting agencies.
- Identify & tap into festive, employee rewards, event-based gifting, and custom corporate hampers.
- Set and achieve monthly & annual B2B sales targets.
2- Corporate Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR heads, and corporate procurement teams.
- Offer customized bulk gifting solutions tailored to corporate requirements.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements with corporate clients.
3- Partnership & Collaboration
- Build partnerships with wedding planners, event agencies, hotels, and premium gifting brands.
- Collaborate with corporate wellness programs to integrate Kiwi Kisan products into their health initiatives.
- Explore brand collaborations to expand corporate gifting reach.
4- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on corporate gifting trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks.
- Provide feedback to the marketing & product teams for customized gift hampers based on corporate needs.
5- Sales & Revenue Tracking
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Work with finance & operations teams to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and logistics coordination.
- Provide weekly & monthly sales reports with insights on deal closures & revenue growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Growth: Achieve & exceed corporate gifting sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Onboard top-tier corporate clients & institutional buyers.
Repeat Business: Drive repeat orders & long-term corporate partnerships.
Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust lead-to-conversion ratio.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high CSAT scores by delivering premium service.
Who Should Apply?
3-5years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, Institutional Sales, or FMCG Gifting.
Proven track record in selling premium food hampers, gourmet gifting, or festive bulk orders.
Strong network of corporate clients, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
Ability to strategize, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
Experience in handling customized bulk orders & B2B relationship management.
Preferred Experience:
- Worked in premium gifting, gourmet food brands, or corporate wellness programs. (Phool, The whole Truth, True Elements, Two Brothers, 4700BC, etc)
- Experience in festive gifting, corporate employee rewards, and incentive-based gifting.
- Knowledge of logistics & fulfillment for bulk corporate orders.
