Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai as a Diamond Sales Manager at KISNA. As a Diamond Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and managing a team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, provide product training, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in diamond sales or luxury retail Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of diamonds and jewellery

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Result-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales targets


- Flexible schedule and willingness to work 6 days a week

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Proficiency in local languages and English
