Kislay Veggifarm Pvt. Ltd. (Kislay) is a path-breaking agritech startup that is solving pressing problems in agri-supply chain by deploying new-age technologies. Kislay is founded by IIT and IIM alumni who have more than 70 years of cumulative experience. The Company is growing at a pace of 400% on a yearly basis. We would like to welcome - Sales Leads for New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai- to join our fast-growing venture.
Main Role :
- Responsible for managing the entire Mandi and Institutional sales for the given city
Key Deliverables :
- Mandi Sale s: onboarding traders and commission agents, demand generation, quality feedback, payment collection
- Institutional sales : partner onboarding, demand generation, quality feedback, payments
- Feeder Market : onboarding traders and commission agents, demand generation, quality feedback, payment collection
Qualifications, Skill, and Others :
- MBA in Sales from a reputed institute
- 5 to 7 years of experience in agri-commodity sales preferably in perishables
- Experience in managing a team size of 5 or more for at least 3 years
- Experience of working in agritech companies will be preferred
- Local candidates will be preferred
What we offer :
CTC : INR 6,00,000 per annum plus incentives
