We are hiring for the profile of Kiosk Manager at one of the Leading International Cosmetic

Brand (Retail)-

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Attain or cross store monetary projections and maximize revenue generating opportunities.

- Utilize labor management apparatus to schedule optimally and maximize profitability and margins.

- Speak to customers and gather required feedback.

- Respond to each guest when at store with courteous, prompt and friendly service and after transaction is done thank them.

- Head by example along with enforcing team to act to express excellent guest experience.

- Oversee and develop skills of every partner for guest service to provide impressive friendly service to all guests visiting store.

- Manage partners and present timely feedback by routine coaching and corrective action to enhance individual and store performance.

- Analyze and develop talent in team for future escalation.

- Select, analyze and develop skills within team by recruiting friendly and enthusiastic partners.

- Express top level operational excellence at store through appearance, cash handling, visual merchandising, loss prevention and inventory control.

- Provide complete security and safety people and assets at store.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Only female candidates must apply.

- Min 2-4 Yrs of Exp.

- Graduates in any stream

- Pleasing personality & good communication skills.

- Able to handle service coordination.

- Computer savvy - ability to use Excel & E mail systems.
