Kingfish Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain sector. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Sales Activities :

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
