Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and logistics solutions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Order Management :
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide customers with real-time updates.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage returns and exchanges as per company policies.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer support activities.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company standards.
