Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Manager to develop and implement SEO strategies across our portfolio of websites. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, experience with various CMS platforms, and the ability to analyze and act on data to improve search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies for multiple websites
2. Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement
3. Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for better search engine visibility
4. Perform keyword research and implement targeted keyword strategies
5. Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
6. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
7. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
9. Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommendations for improvement
10. Work closely with web development teams to implement SEO-friendly features and fixes
11. Optimize for local SEO where applicable
12. Coordinate with off-page SEO efforts to ensure a cohesive strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably managing multiple websites
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and current trends
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Familiarity with various CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of technical SEO aspects (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
- Experience with e-commerce SEO
- Knowledge of international SEO practices
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies
