Purpose of Job :

To pilot, main-stream and scale up all Loan products.

Job Components/Responsibilities :

- Directly responsible in all aspects of spoke operations such as Target achievement, Appraisals, On-Time-Repayment,

Documentation.

- Specifically monitor performances all spokes.

- Improve productivity continuously.

- Research, Analyze and recommend strategies to pilot, main-stream and scale up Individual lending products.

- Recruitment of personnel in collaboration with HR.

- Shall be the single point contact and be responsible for all administration related issues.

- Will help in formation of related Policy & Guidelines.

Qualifications :

- Any graduate

- Aged 28 to 35 years

Other Requirements :

- Good moral character

- Possess two wheeler and driving license;

- Fluency in Kannada, Tamil and other south Indian languages preferred in addition to English;

- Prior experience in sales or community work desirable

- Very Good Communication and negotiating skills

- Should provide 2 references each from (a) Past superior officer, (b) Past/Present Subordinates.
