KIEL - Executive - Customer Care (0-2 yrs)
Role :
A customer service associate manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual. A proactive customer service associate will anticipate customer questions and familiarize themselves with products and services to offer the best recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, and complaints, and providing solutions effectively.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures to deliver consistent results.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be based in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram/Gurgaon.
- Must be comfortable with Night Shifts and 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
