Kido - Executive - Telesales (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic TeleSales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing lead sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
Responsibilities :
- Not a target based role, should work at their own space to achieve the deliverable.
- Contact potential or existing leads to inform them about the product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process leads in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements :
- Graduate in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as Sale and marketing or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e.g. Lead Management Systems and Database Management Systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
