Drive and deliver unique product / brand positioning through innovative means leading to a strong customer association, on the Online / Digital platforms
- Content Management.
- Ensuring daily, weekly posts of KHS-LG on all the Social Media Platforms.
- Taking Creative Decisions on the write-ups and pre approving the same from the management team before posting them online.
- Look at online branding of the overall KHS - LG Brand.
- Identify the scope and work towards improving the usability, design and content leading to consumer conversion at the company website.
- Create and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns across all digital platforms for customer engagement and brand/ product recalls.
- Promote content across social media platforms and ensure increased brand awareness.
- Identification & rollout of effective touch points across the marketing platforms that provide high ROIs
- Planning short term and long term strategies to increase brand loyalty of the digital explorers/potential customers.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Constantly engage in social media analytics- of the brand and its competitors in various product categories and update management on the findings
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
