Khs Innovation & Engineering - Sales Coordinator (1-5 yrs)
- Responsible for updating the Sales Force Software on a Daily Basis.
- Compiling the Goal Settings on a weekly and Monthly basis..
- Review non Performing Customers with the Respective Sales Teams and report those not Active beyond 15 days to the Management.
- Distribute Non Performing Customers to other Sales Representatives in consultation with the Management.
- Present a Simple Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales Dashboard on Sales Force to the Management.
- Report the Weekly Quotations mailed and Conversions done to the Management.
- Tracking the progress of the Customers from - A to B to C- buckets.
- Track the overall Customer lifecycle i.e leads to opportunities to closures to Sales Invoicing and report them to the Management.
- Give complete details of the overall quotations of the live customers and also Loss of the Customers due to any issues to the Management.
- Total Control of all the Customers Database and also Research on new Client Base and pass on such opportunities to the Sales Teams for a Follow up.
- To Track the daily activities of the Sales Team (Visits, daily calls, Monitoring the progress of the Outdoor Sales teams)
- Distribute the Leads to the Telemarketing Teams as per Zones.
- Compile and Monitor the Reports of the Telemarketing and also their Productivity.
- General Awareness of the Digital Marketing/Marketing Software- s, Passwords and other data used by them.
