Khodiyar CAD Center - Executive - Education Sales (2-5 yrs)
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Generate leads via visits to schools and tele-calling-mail, Social media. Initiate the first level meetings with Engineering Colleges/Classis/corporate clients to provide company and product information about designing software.
- Create Sales funnel, Planning & Reporting - Daily / Weekly/ Monthly, Prepare and submit reports to department head with specified timelines defined. e.g. daily sales report, monthly report, quarterly revenue & projection report, Annual BD report.
- Making fresh calls, follow-ups & feedback calls on the database provided or own data collected using ERP & Convert Leads in to Admission.
- Aware about students that designing software is integrated to your curriculum and with your expertise you will not get platform in industries because of education and industries having big gap and the technology will fulfils the gap.
- Aware about students with different design national and international level and how to become different with other students.
- Identify and tie up with potential Engineering colleges & university to implement assessments offered by Company also signed up m.o.u. for them.
- Meet students at colleges/classis and generate inquiries also making different marketing activities to generate inquiries. Counseling students about various Designing courses & converts them to admissions.
- Follow up effectively Generate walk-in & walk-out & Convince the Candidate to get registration
- Take appointments with Principals, H.O.D & give them brief about different designing software.
- Finalized demo for students, arrange different designing competitions, weekly arrange industries visits for students,2nd and 4th Saturday in month arrange expert Lecture.
- Visit industries for their staff to upgrade on designing skill and latest technology so finalized corporate training.
- Different Marketing activity in college and generate inquiry to center.
- Good negotiation skill require for different vendor for different marketing activates.
- An ability to handle walk-in enquiries, phone call enquiries and keep up-to-date data in enquiry sheet, database.
- Make good relation with students and PR with them and generate Admission with reference.
- Coordinating with counselor and close open inquiry in admission also take report from counselor given marketing data also meet prospect generate by counselor and convert in admission.
- Support for all marketing events and campaigns also Flexible and adaptive to the work environment.
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, placements, and career planning.
- An ability to handle entire sales cycle and achieving company targets with passion and ease.
- An ability to convince students to admit for the course
- An ability to handle walk-in enquiries, phone call enquiries and keep up-to-date data in enquiry sheet, database.
