Inside Sales
- We are looking for self-motivated professionals with an obsession to deliver WOWs to customers and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our Inside Sales team.
- An inside sales specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and winning customers.
Region/Shift : India/Day
Location : Delhi
Responsibilities
- Learn & understand Khatabook products, prospective clients & services well.
- Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate Khatabook solutions and customer requirements.
- Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel.
- Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries.
- Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Manage customer queries on Call, Intercom, and email.
Requirements :
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi,English Mandatory, Knowing regional languages will be plus).
- Ability to make focused efforts to win customers. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in SaaS products, financial services, wallet,products/solutions companies
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
