Khatabook - Customer Relationship Manager (0-2 yrs)
- Be the single point of contact and assist the customer throughout the loan journey.
- Complete the loan file by collecting the relevant information and documents from the customer.
- Ensure the loan applications are processed from the login stage to the disbursement stage within the defined TAT; liaise with customer and internal departments. (Operations and Credit) for completion
- Achieve the sales targets for Small Business loans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients/DSAs/alternate channels for repeat business or referrals.
- Get understanding of the competitive products available in the market and work with product and credit team to improve the offerings.
- Help the team with multiple growth experiments to scale the business.
- Ensure compliance to all the regulations and processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Note: Freshers can apply who are only graduated from MBA and Engineering.
