Khadim - Territory Incharge - Sales (5-7 yrs)
Financial Perspective
- Ensure achievement of Primary & Secondary sale target of the territory.
- Ensure market expansion in terms of new store roll out and revenue.
- Achieve 100% collection from Franchise.
Customer Perspective
- Ensure optimum availability of stock and product mix in each store.
- Complain resolution both at Franchise & Customer level.
- Motivate and ensure franchisees makes enough investment in Khadim's business to grow the revenue.
Internal Process Perspective
- Ensure standard VM process is followed & maintained at each store.
- Ensure proper usage, and maintenance of all VM components and proper organization of the SKUs.
- Sales planning, target deployment, incentive deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Maintenance and upkeep of stores in terms of infrastructure and aesthetics.
- Analysis and amendment of ROL. Liquidation of slow moving items.
- Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments in tandem with the franchise.
- Ensure implementation of policies, goals, objectives and procedures for the stores.
- Franchise Operations management.
- Estimate consumer demand and determine the types and amounts of goods to be sold.
Learning & Growth Perspective
- Updating Franchise in terms of policies, procedures & norms form time to time.
