Keyideas Infotech - Manager/Executive - Business Development (0-7 yrs)
We are looking for young dynamic person who has got flair for marketing and bidding to generate new clientele and meet revenue targets for software outsourcing services.

Responsibilities :
- Understanding the business, target audience and their requirements.
- Explore and target new business leads & opportunities (US/UK/AUS markets) through Online Bidding Portals and other related portals to generate leads.
- Generating leads and business from professional networking sites like LinkedIn, Manta, etc.
- Preparing newsletters and performing email marketing campaign to generate leads.
- Regular Reporting to the senior management & Follow-ups with the customers/clients.
- Maintain Daily & Monthly status reports.
- Making frequent and regular phone calls or Skype calls to potential clients.
- Should meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Prepare draft proposals based on client's requirement.
- Should be confident in dealing with international clients.
Requirements :
- Must have 1+ years- experience in sales & business development for IT sector (Web/Software Development & Mobile Applications) in acquiring new business.
- Should have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation & marketing skills to handle international clients.
- Should have knowledge of bidding portals and ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.
- Formulate appropriate responses to RFP/RFI's, Proposals etc..
- Should be confident in dealing with international clients over phone, email and Skype call.
- Good emailing etiquette.
Qualifications :
Minimum Education & Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & business development for IT services.
Preferred :
- Graduate and having experience 1+ year in solution selling (similar services).
- IT Services & Product inside sales experience.
- Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic technology terms for web and mobile app development.
