KEYA FOODS - Territory Sales Manager (3-8 yrs)
- Manage business operations for Rest of Maharashtra, with a team of SOs & PSRs.
- Meeting sales & distribution targets as per the Business Plan
- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/Year for the total region with a sharp focus on specific markets
- Decide prioritization of resources, and cost benefit of the same.
- Achievement of Infra Targets for the Region (Manpower, Distribution Expansion, SS's Expansion, Direct Town additions, Schemes )
- Reporting to ASM
- Responsible for territory sales, visibility, merchandising, communication in store as per merchandising guidelines, co-ordinating sampling activities
- To train & coach teams for better execution, planning, merchandising
- To develop the capabilities of the sales promoters
- Daily, Weekly monthly reports on distribution, sales, territory, expiry stocks
- Ensure Automation is implemented in the region
- Guide and Motivate to ensure better productivity & morale
